الوصف الوظيفي
Conduct Management Vessel Inspections.
Recruitment, training & evaluating marine personnel.
Develop and administer operating & cost control procedures on company vessels.
Assist in new project development.
Interface with customers on an ongoing basis.
Operate company vessels as Captain if directed by Management.
Should have knowledge of tug and barge maintenance systems and equipment.
Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive communications.
Ability to understand and execute complex oral and written instructions.
Ability to work independently with minimal or no guidance.
Ability to get along with office staff and vessel crew members.
Must be physically fit enough to board barges and tugs at sea and in port.
Willing to travel to the out ports.
Ability to get along with office staff and vessel crew members.
Capable of making decisions and giving directions to facilitate prompt service delivery.
Perform any other related duties as assigned
Requirement :
Aramco Approved
Master COC II/2(Unlimited) with minimum four years with Aramco Contract or have sailed as Master onboard offshore vessels (AHTS ,Ocean Tug or self-propelled cutter section dredger) for last 4 years.
Preferred existing Port captains working for established offshore vessel owners/Managers or operators.
