Overall Job Function Purpose
Responsible of achieving sales quota by generating new business from existing or new customers and building sales and marketing strategy that meet company goals.
Primary Responsibilities
• Account and customer relationship management
• Achieve / exceed quota targets
• Develops effective and specific account plans to ensure ******* target delivery and sustainable growth.
• Develop relationships in new and existing customers and drive strategy through organization.
• Establishes strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value (value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions, value of implementation expertise). Builds a foundation on which to harvest future business opportunities.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan to address customer and prospects priorities and pain points.
• Demand generation, pipeline and opportunity management.
• Keep pipeline current and ****** up the pipeline curve.
• Drive and close sales opportunities through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap.
• Maximize the customers facing time.
• Sales excellence.
• Sell value.
• Drive the customer agenda.
• Maintain up sell and cross sell on customer base.
• Utilize best practice sales models.
• Understand our competition and effectively position solutions against them.
• Change the rule of the game by a unique value proposition.
Secondary Responsibilities
• Proper using of CRM system.
• Participate in required management meeting to review and agree about the targets and other managerial tasks,
• Participate in building loyalty programs for our team and our customers, • Supporting other departments and companies under the group,
• Participate in Company Profit and growth.

Job Specifications
▪
Approximately 4-6 years of sales experience in the IT and business solutions industry.
▪
Experience with a company in a related company sector.
▪
Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering sales strategies to meet company objectives.
▪
A strong understanding of customer and market requirements.
▪
A willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Education and Experience
▪
Business or IT related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
▪
Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales strategies.
▪
Technical Sales skills
▪
Proven experience in customer and market research
▪
Relevant product and industry knowledge
▪
Experience with relevant software applications

Yearly Target:1,200 Vehicles – 1,560,000SR

3,500SR Basic Salary - Monthly

Company Car + Transportation
▪
Company Housing for Single – Two Months’ Salary for Married
▪
Variable Salary:Depends on the Performance and other KPI’s
