1.Monitoring CCTV system performance and ensure system availability and reliability DVR / NVR / IP Camera surveillance systems, LAN / WAN .

2.Managing short cycle projects, install and commission IP based CCTV DVRs and camera hardware, installation of client application software and trouble shooting and operational training to customers.

3.Provide Helpdesk, Trouble shoot network related issues and provide telephonic support to the customers and field technicians.

4.Work with Sales teams to provide Product demonstrations and explain product features.
Candidate Requirement

Education : Bachelors in Electronic/communication engineering

Experience: Min 2 years to 7 years in installing and providing technical support on CCTV Hardware , Analogue & IP Cameras , DVRs and NVRs, Networking, etc.

Skills : Knowledge and experience in CCTV Hardware Knowledge of Video Management Systems such as HikVision or Dahua or Honeywell or Pelco etc.in addition to basic knowledge of Windows Server , Windows , HDD upgrades , memory upgrades, Network configuration and install various network TCP-IP devices , routers and switches.

Good written communication skills. Working knowledge of MS Office , Outlook , Power Point , Skype , Team Viewer and communication tools.

Candidates with CCNA and /or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) will be preferred.

Candidates with Certification / training on any of network CCTV applications or video management systems will be preferred.
