Expertise & experience in selling & marketing technical equipment & providing customer support through procurement. Support internal workshop & designers with engineering support, calculations & customer input
Reports to Director
Essential Duties:
• Provide technical specifications and quotes in response to equipment sales inquiries.
• Handling technical and commercial aspects of product enquiry
• Contact with customers and appropriate internal departments (Estimation, Engineering etc)
• Work involves handling quotations and estimations
• Knowledge of company’s products, provision of information and giving clarifications to customers on their enquiries
• Provide engineered solutions to customers on a global basis.
• Provide on-going field technical support to customer base.
• Generate engineering standards for manufacturing products and documentation of manuals.
• Participate in daily, weekly, monthly meetings to discuss design and manufacture of equipment.
Requirements:
Education:• B.S. Mechanical Engineer Degree and related field or equivalent experience.
Experience:• At least 3 years; prefer more than 5 years
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Good computer proficiency
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering • At least 3 years experience in the Sales department of similar industrial company.
