Our client is a leading contracting company handling VIP projects, currently they are looking for an HR Officer for their office in Riyadh
Responsibilities
Working closely with various departments.
Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety;
Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
Undertaking regular salary reviews;
Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
Monitor daily attendance.
Investigate and understand causes for staff absences. .
Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays or travel and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services.
Schedule and organize interviews.
Handling petty cash
Requirements:
2-3 Years of experience
Transferable Iqama.
Currently based in Riyadh.
Flexible
Effective written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals , policies and procedures
Problem solving skills
Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing programs at a highly proficient level
Time management skills
