Ensure store is fully complaint administratively & procedurally according to company guidelines and deadlines.
Ensure effective communication between marketing team and operation units.
Manage manpower planning according to needs of Business.
Weekly / daily analysis of commercial reports & implementation of action plans where necessary.
Maximize sales and customer focus is prioritized at all times.
Ensuring that the store has a positive and supportive work environment and the staff are suitably recruited, trained and motivated to perform their jobs effectively.
Deliver high levels of motivation and development to a diverse team whose first language is not English whilst ensure individual and store compliance with all company regulations and procedures.
Decide on store layout, stock positioning, visual enhancement, availability management.
Recommend products feedback, customer requests, and in-store promotions.
Apply and maintain guidelines and standards for visual presentation and store appearance.
Decide on form of implementation of stock loss controls; recommend areas of focus and changes in processes used within the store.
Promote the highest standards of in store training including weekly communication, daily de-briefs, product knowledge and on the job coaching.
Promote a positive learning environment within the store.

In addition to the above daily responsibilities, the employee holds the responsibility to take care of additional tasks required for the store operation.

Ensure store targets are achieved by fully maximizing all sales opportunities and potential both internally and externally of the store environment.
Strategically manage the content and frequency of staff training to ensure they are fully equipped to meet the needs of the customer e.g. Product and Procedural Knowledge and are delivering the optimum level of Service.
Ensure the store is visually merchandise to the highest standard using company guidelines and tools and interpreting them in the most commercial and customer driven manner appropriate to the store location.
Coach and guide Store Team to manage their performance and development established proactive succession plans to ensure levels of key vacancies are minimized. Ensure processes are in place to minimize labor turnover.
Maintain responsibility for adherence within the store to Company HR Procedures and Policies.
Manage stock costs against budget applying commercial sense as to not jeopardizing store objectives.
Maintain store administration and Inventory procedures to Company Procedures and Guidelines. And ensure the store complies to health and safety.
Proactively manage stock package to ensure the holding meets immediate and future customer demands. Feedback information on product performances to the appropriate buyer within the business.
Utilize the interpret (and communicate where necessary) all information to ensure the effective commercial management to the store, developing positive solutions and documented action plans to maximize the store sale contribution.
Maintain an effective communications process the follows up and down within the store across to other functions and ultimately the customer.
Ensure operational efficiency within the environment through effective management of task and use available tools and planning process along with Established Monitor / Review Process.
In addition to the above daily responsibilities, the employee holds the responsibility to take care of additional tasks required for the store operation.

To be responsible for all aspects of stock handling & day to day operations of the store.
Dealing with sales and admissions
Reconciling cash receipts on a daily basis
Monitoring the stock budget and ensuring that purchases are contained within the purchasing budget
Supervise the related department and Sales representatives
Ensuring standards of quality, customer service and health and safety are met
Responding to customer complaints and comments ( if any )
Organizing special promotions and displays
Monitoring sales in order to increase the commercial performance of the shop
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
To provide additional cover when the shop assistants are on leave, sick or attending training courses
Ensuring the security of the Store & Stock
Training and supervising staff when required
