Operation Engineer - Controls

Scope of Work:

-Technical review of new HVAC, plumbing, BAS, LICS, LCS, PMS, FDAS & Firefighting projects specifications.

-Verification the HVAC & plumbing design drawings according to international standards.

-Submitting EILs for design deficiencies.

-Cooling loads estimation, duct & pipe design, psychometric analysis.

-Pumps head and flow calculations of chilled water pumps, circulation pumps, submersible, lifting pumps and firefighting pumps.

-Fans external static pressure calculations.

-Fluids calculations such as flow rates, pressure drops.

-Testing the systems after commissioning handing over.

-Conducting walkthroughs and verify the systems after construction stage, providing the feedback with EIL for deficiencies.

-Providing frequent technical reports for electromechanical systems performance.

-Providing frequent reports for campus energy consumption and PV production.

-Participating in commissioning activities.

-Cooling capacity calculation prior adding loads of new projects.

-Energy consumption calculation.

-Proposing new initiatives for energy conservation.

Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in design, maintenance & operation of electromechanical systems.
