Schedules, follow up, implement MMS and quality management systems.
Supervises, analyses, evaluates, and reports HVAC equipment and systems performance.
Troubleshoot, diagnoses, repairs and overhauls HVAC equipment.
Inspect closed work orders to verify work proper completion
Performs and supervises advanced HVAC PM task.
Handles clients complaints / requests.
Coordinates and follows up new HVAC equipment/systems installation and commissioning.
Guides his subordinates in developing their competencies.
Handles HVAC spare parts and materials planning.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervises from six to fourteen HVAC subordinates
