Applicant must have:
Knowledge in international testing levels/types & methodology.
Ability to create testing & commissioning scripts for various Electro-Mechanical equipment serving data centers and for various testing levels
Ability to create, manage and execute testing & commissioning plans.
Hands-on capacities to carry out testing & commissioning procedures for certain Electro-Mechanical systems.
Ability to deal with engineering CAD drawings.
Experience in QA / QC inspections.
Experience in building data center Operation procedures & Performance.
Good knowledge of safety requirements and regulations for equipments testing
Good communication skills and reporting capabilities
Covered systems are (but not limited to):
Fire Alarm & Fighting Systems (water & clean agent)
Leak detection system/CCTV/access control
BMS/SCADA
MV/LV Switchgears, Generators & ATS
HVAC (Chillers, CRAH/ CRAC/AHU, Pumps, TST)
UPS & DC system
Elevators
Type: contract minimum one year, renewable.
