• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts every month.
• Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
• Responsible for timely, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to HQ in Jeddah.
• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries
• Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
• Support the Finance Manager in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
• Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
• Dealing with Suppliers and Customers
• Assisting the Financial Manager in different Ad-hoc reporting.
Requirements:
• Min Degree in Accounting/Finance plus accounting certifications will be considered.
• Min 3-5 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting. Experience in Construction Industry will be beneficial
• Able to interact with all levels and work independently
• Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
• Working experience in ORACLE is highly regarded.
• Based in Saudi Arabia and willing to work in the southern Region of Sabt-Al-Alaya near Bisha
• Must know English and Arabic
• Transferrable Visa
• Required to start as soon as possible
Salary Package:
• SAR 5,000 – 6,500 Monthly depending on Qualifications/Experience
