Duties
1. Searching for new clients who could benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions;
2. Travelling to visit potential clients;
3. Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers;
4. Managing and interpreting customer requirements - listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs;
5. Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
6. Preparing client quotations;
7. Negotiating tender and contract terms, to meet both client and company needs;
8. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions;
9. offering after-sales support services;
10. Administering client accounts; analyzing costs and sales; and preparing reports for branch office;
11. Meeting regular sales targets;
12. Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
13. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs;
14. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;
15. Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
16. Solving client problems and helping in the design of custom-made products;
Education:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil)
Relevant Experience :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales in Water & Waste Water Industry
Computer Skills:
Good working knowledge of MS Office, SAP (will be added advantage)
Language Ability:
Good command of Arabic / English
Reports to Branch Manager
