6 - accountant Auditor
Bachelor Degree in Accounting.

7 - Accountant receipt
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role dealing with Van Salesmen in a distribution company.

8 - cost accountant
1. Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
2. Maintain, and coordinate the implementation
of accounting and accounting control procedures.
3. Monitor and review accounting and
related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
4. Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
5. Resolve accounting discrepancies.
6. Revise all reports/statements received from internal offices and branches.
7. Issue order for preparing checks and sending them to branches after revising relevant reports.
8. Revise customs invoices and give
order to issue related checks and deliver them.
9. Supervise the input and handling of financial data and
reports for the company’s automated financial systems.

1. Enter data related to inventory quantity and price in the system (per item)
2. Assume the price of inventory to know the cost of production
3. Revise the codes and invoices of inventory items
4. Follow-up on receipts forms for inventories and other related issues
5. Make monthly and yearly physical count

10 - data entry clerk
Type letter and memos as directed by manager from time to time.
Prepares the monthly time sheet for department staffs
Prepares travelling documents for staffs
Facilitates the documents renewals from Head office

Meets agreed upon goals and objectives in a timely manner.
High school plus technical diploma
Excellent computer skills .
Can Office aoperate mchineries. Driving License is required.
