Required for a total of ( Othman in Saudi Arabia ) the following functions
1- Auditor
Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
Maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Resolve accounting discrepancies.
Revise all reports/statements received from internal offices and branches.
Issue order for preparing checks and sending them to branches after revising relevant reports.
Revise customs invoices and give order to issue related checks and deliver them.
Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s automated financial system
Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
Work well under pressure.
Accurate & Self disciplined.

From 1 up to 2 years of experience in similar field.

2 - Accountant receipt
Control and receives cash, cheques, sales invoices and credit invoices from salesmen.
Maintain receipt vouchers. Control manual cash invoice and credit invoice. Control manual delivery notes. Prepare sales posting, filing and closing reports on daily basis. Prepare credit notes
and store returns vouchers. Receive payment by cash and cheques.
Sort, count, and wrap currency and coins. Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales. Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records. Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role dealing with Van Salesmen in a distribution company.

3 - cost accountant
