Duties and Responsibilities
Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzes information and applications.
Establish effective business partner relationships with business leaders in all Company’s main offices.
Overseeing HR functions, reviewing and monitoring all policies, processes, systems, and other initiatives.
Putting forward-looking strategies and plans in place enables the Company to attract, motivate and retain our talents.
Manage the Recruitment and Selection process - attract, select, and recruit employees that align with company objectives.
Implement, develop, and lead a Human Resources team to address the full range of HR responsibilities: Recruitment and Saudization, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance assessment, talent development, etc.
Review the periodic and annual statistical reports on retention, training & development, etc.
Monitor and analyze staff payroll costs regularly and take necessary measures to keep it under control at various levels.
Monitor staff turnover by strictly controlling recruitment and termination of staff. Analyze turnover of staff and make recommendations to concerned persons and follow up.
Ensure that the employee appraisal system at all levels is well understood.
Oversee performance (KPIs & targets).
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Monitor accuracy and follow the deadline set by General Manager for periodical reporting on various HR issues.
المهارات
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Must be a Saudi national.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
CIPD certifiocate is a plus.
8 years of professional, progressive Human Resources experience.
Ability to think strategically with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Business English/Arabic -Written and spoken.
Solid experience with Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
The applicant must be willing to travel periodically within Saudi Arabia to visit the company’s main offices and other project sites.
Strong leadership qualities.
