Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment.
Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes and improve productivity.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and reconcile any discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers.
Analyze warehouse data and provide reports on performance metrics.
Create and implement cost-effective measures to reduce operational expenses.
Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
