Key Responsibility areas:
Performance Management, Talent Acquisition/Management, Learning and Development, Succession Planning, Partnering with key stakeholders, partnering, Budgeting, System and process Implementations with shared services and BUs
Role
Manage the manpower budget for the Business Unit ensure that actual cost is aligned to budgeted cost.
Manage compliance with employment legislations, re-visit processes and policies on a timely basis to ensure it meets business needs
Enhance staff retention and identify trends to reduce staff turnover within team
Monitor staff satisfaction to reduce risk and meet the business objectives of the organization
Conduct monthly one-on-one sessions with key stakeholders and customers
Create succession plan and drive improvement plans within team ensure that medium and long term talent requirements are managed
Create and Drive Business Transformation through Talent Programs / catering to individual / group needs
Manage Saudization through recruitment drives
المهارات
Education and Technical Certifications:
General degree holder or equivalent work experience background
Technical HR qualification or relevant work experience in industry
Experience:
Relevant Human Resources degree and 5 years’ experience at a senior level within Human Resources
Familiar with all government portal such as GOSI, HRDF, Qiwa, etc.,
