Oversee production processes and operations to ensure efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing of mattresses.
Manage and coordinate production schedules, personnel, and resources to ensure timely and quality production.
Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards and regulations.
Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and procurement to optimize production planning and inventory management.
Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and facilities to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
Develop and implement strategies to improve production capacity, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
Manage and mentor production staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including metrics, goals, and KPIs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve production processes and stay competitive.
