Capable of installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing (at the component level) any of the personal computers in the assets inventory.
Expert in the installation of client software and operating systems as per requirement.
Proven record of exhibiting excellent image deployment tasks at an enterprise level.
Skilled with expanding customized OS parameters through a technically sound image deployment process.
