Ensure that construction is carried out in accordance with the Contract Drawings, specification, Inspection and Test Plans and Method Statement.
Implement the requirements of the Project Quality Plan and contribute towards its continuous improvement.
Managing contractor to achieve quality and progress.
Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
Ensure Works undertaken are in compliance with the various contractual obligations.
Site Execution, Coordination with Client, follow safe work practices and company guidelines and policies for planning and executing work in a safe manner. following/tracking Scope of work.
To inspect and check all incoming materials intended for project use are according to specification.
Preparing Progress & Look Ahead Report for PM, PD and Clients, Conducting Daily and weekly progress
meeting.
Supervised subcontractors Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).
