Our client is the leading radiator and cooler manufacturing in the Middle East looking for a Maintenance In charge

(Manufacturing industry) in their Dammam, Saudi Arabia office.

Maintenance In charge

Reports to: Director (Sales and Operations)

JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:

We are looking to employ a maintenance in charge with outstanding knowledge.

The maintenance in charge is expected to have fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will display natural leadership and possess fantastic communication skills with a great eye for detail.

Job Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:

Maintenance in fabrication factory machines, like Lathing machine, drilling machines, press, rolling, expanders…etc.
CNC operated machines repair experience.
Mechanical and electrical knowledge.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance. (Preventive and predictive).
responding to breakdowns.
Diagnosing faults.
Repairing equipment
Maintaining statistical and financial records
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Following and able to create maintenance procedures.
Assure about the availability of spare parts.

General Safety & Housekeeping:

· Compliances with the company’s safety policy, food safety policy & procedures and the personal hygiene practices.

المهارات
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

Proficiency with ERP, preferably MS Dynamics.
Proficiency in Microsoft excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Mechanical and electrical knowledge.
CNC operated machines repair experience.
Experience in new factory/machines installation.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical).
15 years of maintenance.
