الوصف الوظيفي Ensure 100% compliance of all trucks and drivers to be in the field and work Responsible for the number of trucks and projects (operation, maintenance). Ensure that information is delivered to the other supervisor when moving the truck or obtains approval first from the direct manager Responsible for transporting trucks between cities Constant communication with customers and day-to-day visits to warehouse officials Customer relations responsibility Make sure you receive all the required reports from the supervisors according to the need for work and update them on a daily basis Receiving daily reports from supervisors and sending them to the director of operation on a daily basis (daily report of shipments, attendance and departure, reports on monthly trucks) Make sure that monthly invoices are closed on time by the administration Close the bills at the end of the month up to a maximum of 5 days in the new month and confirm that they are delivered to the accounts department Make sure that there are all the required documents for each of the invoices Confirmation of the existence of the policies is sealed and ready with each bill to ensure that payment from customers is not delayed Make sure the truck is not empty without work and report to the direct manager every day Correct use and distribution of trucks between projects Make sure all trucks are loaded on a daily basis Running big trucks ( Trailers ) To ensure personal responsibility and ownership of all necessary procedures Personal responsibility Make sure we meet the needs of our customers to the fullest Customer satisfaction Ensure that business plans are achieved and that any other tasks are performed according to business needs The direction of the results to the plan developed successfully and evolved.
