Production Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي
To oversee and monitor all electrical production activities (component assembly, wiring, etc) and personnel for each shop order in order to maintain commitments and customer satisfaction.

Key Activities

1.  Oversee and monitor electrical production personnel to ensure output is on-time and according to project specifications.

2.  Responsible for organizing electrical production personnel into efficient teams.

3.  Manage all reporting plant personnel to carry out their duties to the required levels of productivity, quality and timescales with minimal wastage.

4.  Responsible for coordinating with Methods for continued process improvement.

5.  To provide feedback of man-hour data to production planning for scheduling and overall loading.

6.  Responsible for ensuring all electrical production activities are conducted according to company standards for workmanship and quality.

7.  Responsible for ensuring all reporting personnel are adequately trained to perform assigned tasks

8.  Responsible for determining material quantities required for shop order execution (wire, lugs, wire ferrules, sleeving, etc).

9.  Responsible to ensure all man-hours are properly logged according to operation and shop order.

10.  Prepare for the yearly appraisal of his staff and where necessary propose salary amendments.

11.  To ensure that all activities performed are in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines for safety.
