Supervising & implementing internal & external recruitment processes.
Searching & contracting with recruitment offices internally & externally.
Provide support & advice to departments on recruitment policies & procedures.
The ability to determine the jobs need & prepare the annual staffing budget.
Supervising tests for measuring the skills of job applicants.
Provide departments with qualified candidates in a timely manner by developing and implementing recruitment plans.
Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment, appointing & preparation processes, and enhancing the company’s mental image.
Keep and manage employment data.
the employment network through the relevant contacts, professional centers, social networks, employment offices and fairs.
on employment plans compatible with nationalization programes.
المهارات
Qualifications & Skills:
Relevant university qualification.
3 years experience in recruitment.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office programs and online meeting programs.
Proficiency in the use of human resources management software and applicant tracking systems.
