Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Support team members to resolve complex technical issues shortly.
Conduct code reviews to ensure the solution is implemented as per the best practices
Design solutions and build systems architecture with the best engineering practices to save time during the development stage.
المهارات
Experience 20 years.
Have knowledge about infrastructure Projects & Pump Stations and Steel Tanks.
Obtain Permits and Licenses from appropriate authorities.
The Goal Will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
Must be well-versed in all project management methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
