Front line sales force activity. Achieves/exceeds revenue goals for given territory by using appropriate sales techniques and processes to close, retain and grow profitable business that directly supports the Company mission and business plan. Focuses on achieving the required Customer Experience by developing and maintaining professional relationships that inspire trust and loyalty in the organizations business.
Include working different work groups within the organization. Is responsible to develop and continuously monitors sales performance for the assigned territory.
Uses diverse methods/tools to keep abreast of changes and emerging trends within the customer, competitor and macro business environments and identifies potential opportunities or risks for the organization. As appropriate, translates these into specific information/actions for the customer or recommendations for management review.
Plans and organizes time and territory in the most effective way to achieve/exceed overall productivity targets.
Focuses on the need to close business (face to face calls, cold calls, selling hours etc.) whilst maintaining the account and developing incremental business, including the appropriate research of information relating to Customers and their business and timely completion of administrative documentation.
Closes profitable business and follows through to ensure related actions are completed on-going focuses on ensuring that each Customer’s requirements and issues are correctly identified and addressed.
Supports revenue growth, account retention and development by identifying and evaluating potential opportunities/issues to improve sales productivity and performance.
Develops and maintains effective professional relationships that facilitate cooperation and trust, includes a network of contacts within the Customer’s business, sales and key support groups.
Uses effective sales processes and techniques to negotiate and close profitable new business that is aligned with the sales goals, whilst providing the most effective solution for the Customer’s.
Advises customers on appropriate products and services from the full portfolio using structured techniques to identify and develop revenue growth opportunities that also add value to the Customer’s business.
Achieves new business goals by leading and controlling a structured negotiation process to secure the best terms for organization and the customer.
Develops and maintains an extensive network of contacts inside and outside the organization in order to keep updated on relevant internal/external developments.
Develops understanding of each prospective Customer’s business and requirements, whilst establishing effective relationships that reflect outstanding Customer Experience.
Provides timely and accurate standard and ad-hoc reports and tailored pieces of communication to Sales management, including summarizing sales activities, customer details, business opportunities or threats, new solutions etc.
Uses effective methods to implement changes relating to the job by optimizing productivity through territory planning.

Knowledge in customer trends, competitor’s business methods and sales planning.
Understanding of the requirements of the customer to improve customer experience.
Computer literate; knows MS Windows applications like Word, Excel, Outlook
Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related degree
Minimum of 2 years working in sales
