We are a leading Technical Services provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia working with some of the biggest companies. We take pride in finding unique solutions to complex technical problems and also provide equipment that address these specific industrial challenges. We are in need of an experienced sales professional who can lead our growing sales team.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
The ongoing training of your salespeople.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
المهارات
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Technical Sales experience
Strong negotiation skills
Fluent in English and Arabic
Strong quantitative skills
