We are a leading Technical Services provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia working with some of the biggest companies. We take pride in finding unique solutions to complex technical problems and also provide equipment that address these specific industrial challenges.
Check and Include time sheet in the system.
Check work order cost and create invoice in the system.
Follow up with customer for required document to invoice.
Follow up with finance for petty cash
Keep accurate daily work records and reporting any issues including major repairs or equipment replacement to the supervisor
Perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor
Manage the communications and follow ups with the workshop participants and update the required internal system
Prepares requirements, monitors, assists systems developed by IT to automate workshop workflow
Track the performance of workshops and survey results
Archive and maintain documents and information related to previous and upcoming workshops
Update company database on a rolling basis with progress being repaired or serviced in house
Preparing, running, documenting, and evaluating workshops
المهارات
Qualification, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Diploma in Accounting or Business
Intermediate proficiency in Business English
Effective communication in English and Arabic
Candidates with prior corporate experience will be preferred
This job is to be performed only by a Saudi national.
