Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects in terms of major and minor renovation and maintenance projects including time to time inspection.
Independently prepare renovation projects drawings/modifications as and when requested by end-users.
Prepare Bill of Quantities, Preparing of RFPs and RFQs
Have knowledge of procurement of construction/renovation/fit-out items.
Visiting the offices of Municipality and Civil defense offices as and when required.
Able to work as project coordinator as client representative to attend project meetings.
Shall have skills to identify faults and report to the management.
Shall report to the Property Manager on day to day maintenance and renovation projects.
He should adopt to all new company procedures in compilation of reports and job trackers.
Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
المهارات
BS degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
5-10 years of work experience as a Project Engineer
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD
Advanced MS Office skills
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
Project management and supervision skills.
Decision making, ability and leadership skills.
Current engineer license.
Time management and organization skills.
