Scheduling candidate and hiring team activities virtually and onsite

Sending out and reviewing pre hire assessments

‎Screening ‏& ‎Filtering candidates CV‎’‎s and open new file for each one‎.‎

Welcoming new candidates onsite, facilitating tours as needed

‎Communicating with candidates and third parties regarding interviews and hiring statuses

Tracking and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports

‎Lending a hand to the HR team for onboarding, orientation or other ad hoc projects.
