الوصف الوظيفي · Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues. · Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down. · Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc). · Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed. · Assist with onboarding of new users. · Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users. · Install, configure and upgrade PC software. · Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email, and Ticketing system. · Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions · Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers · Walk the customer through the problem-solving process · Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel · Provide accurate information on IT products or services · Record events and problems and their resolution in logs · Follow-up and update customer status and information · Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team · Identify and suggest possible improvements to procedures · Writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new and updated software and hardware · Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues · Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods · Running reports to analyse common complaints and problems · Resolve Basic Hardware and Software Issues · Interview Users to Determine the Scope of the Issue · Train Users on New Hardware and Software المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/it-technical-support-specialist-4522501/ |
