الوصف الوظيفي
• Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.

• Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.

• Setting customer service standards.

• Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.

• Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety.

· Complete all necessary requirements for ISO internal and external audits.

· Complete all necessary requirements for the plant civil defense, environment, and operational licenses.

• Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards.

• Writing management and technical reports and customers’ charters.

• Determining training needs.

• Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.

• Performing all QA/QC procedures for analytical tests.

• Obtain laboratory certifications and complete QA/QC assignments.

· Update, revise, and maintain the Laboratory’s Quality Assurance Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, and other quality documents.

• Perform internal audits of the Laboratory and operations, including both technical and quality systems audits.

• Perform and document corrective action, including follow-up monitoring to gauge the effectiveness of the corrective action. (HAZOP/JSA/PERMITS).

• Follow all Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures.
