Organizes schedules and coordinates management / executive meetings, briefings and other related activities as required.
Conserve executive’s time by reading, research, and routing correspondence, drafting letters, faxes and e-mail messages, collecting and analyzing information and initiating communications.
Manage and maintain the filing system, incoming, outgoing, confidential paper, documents and reports.
Prepare management presentations and minutes of meetings for the Excom, Board, Auditcom meetings
Transcribes communication details and records proceedings of Management and staff meeting.
Types and edits minutes of meetings and circulate them to the concerned.
Maintain confidential files to the Executive Offices.
Prepare and arrange travel itineraries for all business trips and other related activities such as hotel and car reservations for the Executive Office.
Screen incoming telephone calls; where appropriate, deal with queries and enquiries within established guidelines.
Receive log-in and take note of all official for the Executive Office.
Follow-up and interact with other departments on inter departments / Regions business activities.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment maintenance.
Co-ordinate the arrangements for internal and external meetings, assemble appropriate material for meetings and conferences.
Prepare excel reports as and when advised by Executive office.
Day to day work on ERP.
المهارات
The prime consideration is complete literacy in the English language and a thorough knowledge of business systems
Minimum 03 years of experience in relevant field.
Should have organizing ability, decision thinking, Strong Follow-up skills
He needs to be a diplomat capable of working under pressure without affecting the quality of his output.
Have initiative, and has ability to judge priorities of the various day-to-day situations that arise
Proficient level in Excel, Word, Power Point, and outlook.
It is essential that he maintains confidentiality and has the ability to handle issues of great sensitivity.
