Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance. Ability to work rotating weekend work, or off hours work, as needed. Root Cause Thinking: Ability to proactively troubleshoot issues leading to root cause resolutions. Assist the IT Manager in deployment of various IT systems as needed Administer other global IT systems as adopted by the organization under direction of the IT Manager Governance: Participate in continual improvement of standards, processes and procedures required to deliver high quality service, auditing and analyzing systems to ensure security and data integrity Collaborate with Service Providers. review helpdesk performance indicators and SLA’s Maintains confidentiality, protecting company, personal, and private information. Possess a professional demeanor (appearance, attitude, and behavior). Addressing VAPT reports related to infrastructure systems. المهارات Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field. 5+ years system administration experience and technical support. Work experience in administration and supporting the Active Directory Domain, and Group policy. IT certifications in Microsoft,Cisco Linux, or other network and security related fields are a plus. Working knowledge of domain, and network troubleshooting Knowledge of security systems (Endpoint protection, EDR, NAC, Symantec Patch management, NGFW, WAF). Work experience administrating, supporting and maintaining Enterprise Backup, Recovery systems and virtualization. Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery. Capacity to quickly learn new systems and solve complex technical problems. Ability to perform analysis and research of various technologies independently.
