Job Title: Service Supervisor/ Facility Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise on cleaning in the common areas (Pool, Parking, Playgrounds, Gardens etc)

· Supervise on security

· To make sure that the very basic maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner (changing light bulbs etc).

· Furniture transfer from storage to apartments and vice versa

· Organize storage

Candidate Profile:

Requirement open for Arab nationals.

Must have prior experience in the supervision of infrastructure & basic maintenance in MEP, Security, housekeeping, furniture storage etc.
