To ensure setting of strategic and operational action plans for the HR function including budget.
To ensure plan execution & achievement of all work objectives as delegated by and agreed with his manager / top
management including the following:
Formation and development of effective HR management for SBH.
Implementation of the institutional tools including all HR systems, policies, and procedures.
Effective integration of HR function with all other SBH companies & functions.
Participate in developing the Organizational Excellence Objectives & lead the implementation.
To ensure effective performance of the department team members in terms of objectives and standards.
To ensure efficient follow up & coordination including running effective business meetings and reports with KPI’s.
Ensure effective synergy & integration across SBH companies & functions based on respect, trust, support.
To ensure effective contribution to SBH organizational building by following:
Training and qualification of department team on policies, procedures, and work manuals.
Ensure people compliance with policies, procedures, and work manuals.
Recommend and provide inputs for improving current policies and procedures.
Ensure effective support and coordination with the auditing function in making their job successful.
Ensure the development of people competencies KSA (work knowledge, skills, & challenge/monitor attitudes)
Ensure succession planning and the existence of a back-up for every job in the department including his position.
To ensure the safety and security of all company assets under his responsibility.
To ensure the company’s reputation and image is maintained & enhanced
To ensure security and confidentiality of SBH information.
To ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory and company policy stipulations.
To ensure effective (prioritize) & efficient (time / cost / effort) handling for the following functional activities:
Ensure the preparation and formulation of HR manual according to the best standards and professional practices.
Ensure the awareness of departmental directors / managers about HR policy, procedures, and their level of readiness for execution.
Ensure effective management of training programs / activities including the NEW hires induction / training programs during the probationary, in-house trainings, external trainings.
Ensure efficient manpower planning to meet SBH recruitment needs in coordination with core and support functions and in alignment with finance function in the light of approved HR budget.
Presented the overall manpower plan to top management for final approval.
Effective and efficient execution of the plan as per the recruiting procedures from selection till placement stage.
Effective management and handling of the company Saudization file by the following:
Work to achieve the required Saudization percentage and ensure maintaining the company in the green band.
Study and analysis of existing jobs and evaluate potential jobs to be replaced by Saud citizens in alignment with departmental directors/ managers.
Hire Saudis for the agreed recruitment plan /goals.
Ensure good ongoing PR with all governmental offices to keep updated about all legal requirements and government regulations related to Saudization and ensure reflect that knowledge inside SBH.
Ensure the effective management of performance management “PM” through the following:
Work closely with the group Directors / Mangers in setting the annual business plan as a reference for PM.
Productivity definition across SBH companies, functions, and jobs and all levels in cooperation with managers.
Implement and update the approved performance appraisal criteria in cooperation with all managers.
Track people productivity and appraise their performance as per agreed upon with the departmental directors /managers (monthly / quarterly), analysis of results, develop a professional finding report, and recommend improvement action plan.
Overseeing the implementation of performance Procedures quarter annual / annual assessment and analysis of the results and make recommendations to the directors for the coming period.
Work effectively with all managers to maintain a good level of people motivation linked to productivity.
Ensure the improvement of work environment including:
The study and evaluation the level of satisfaction and comfort of the employees and the reasons behind any issues and to develop recommendations in partnership with department’s managers.
Providing the support and assistance to all departments’ managers and head of sections through professional advices that resolve any conflict / problems between individuals that will affect the work environment.
Review interceptions and employee complaints through the approved grievance procedures, and verify the merits of the disputes, complaints and disputes and to take / or recommend appropriate corrective actions, and work with managers to implement solutions and corrections.
Prepare a monthly HR report and submit/ present to SBH senior management.

Holding company in the Eastern Province wishes to appoint a Human Resources
Manager for its group according to the following conditions:
Business Administration Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or MBA degree.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership position in HR .
Qualified and has experience in the following aspects of human resources: Job
Analysis - Performance Management - Recruitment and Professional Recruitment.
To be familiar with the establishment and development of the human resources department.
Excellent ability to handle HR technology ERP software.
Able to speak and write English fluently .
Has superior managerial and leadership qualities.
The ability to innovate and develop and bear the pressure of work.
High skills in planning and analysis .
The applicant must be a Saudi national.
