To develop, maintain and continual improvement of the Quality, Health and Safety, Environment management system under the guidance of ISO 9001-2008, OHSAS 18001-2007, ISO 14001-2004 and HACCP Standards .
you will be responsible to:
• Coordination in identifying the processes needed for the quality management system and their application throughout the organization.
• Provide guidance in determination of the sequence and interaction of these processes.
• Coordination in determining the criteria and methods needed to ensure that both the operation and control of these processes are effective.
• Coordination in ensuring the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes.
• Measurement and monitoring of processes and identifying needs of improvement and its modification for streamlining and building customer requirements into the processes.
• Coordination in implementing actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement, which includes objectives, preventive actions, corrective actions, internal audits.
• Communicating to the organization the importance of meeting customer requirements.
• Implementing and maintain the quality, Health & safety, environment policies,
• Ensuring that objectives are established.
• Arrangements of management reviews.
• Coordinating for the availability of resources for QMS, Health & Safety, and environment.
• Ensure that customer requirements are determined and fulfilled with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Learning new philosophies, identify the needs of its implementation organization wide (like Kaizen, 5s, quality circles, Six Sigma, etc) and provide guidance throughout the company .
About You:
Minimum Qualification:
• BS Degree in related subjects
• Lead Auditor for 9000/45001/14000 series
Minimum Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge and experience in QMS, HSE, Environment, HACCP standards and procedure in a technically led industry.
• Good communication skills and teamwork
