Accountable for sharing the daily maintenance updates on open jobs and any sudden breakdown with planned fix, plus any pending issues related to spare parts or 3rd party intervention
Accountable for maintaining a good health status of the machines to streamline the operation and seek support from management if escalation is required from other departments.
Accountable for the availability of spare parts, required fabrication, and maintaining safety stock of the regular consumable and spare parts.
Accountable for preventive maintenance plan in coordination with production to avoid impacting the customers’ demands unless serious intervention is required.
Accountable for preparing the monthly maintenance report to highlight the health status of all the machines per process type according to the check list, and highlights on the forthcoming preventive maintenance, plus spare parts stock, and cost of maintenance.
Accountable for the implementation of company’s safety and maintenance protocols for the entire premises and make the proper awareness and communications with other departments. He is also required to report any improper abidance of safety rules or any potential hazard directly to the GM and manufacturing manager.
Ensure the operation of fire and safety systems, and the validity of fire extinguishers, and make sure that emergency exits are always ready with production supervisor.

academic certificate of at least a Bachelor’s degree
International Certificate in Engineering
At least 8 years of experience in the same field
English language proficiency
