Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains inventories of pesticides, fertilizer, plants, and various grounds items.
Assist in planning, assigning, scheduling grounds staff in the construction, maintenance and care of the College’s grounds, grass, trees, and other plants
Demonstrate and teaches proper work methods and techniques to employees.
Instructs employees in the use and application of chemical sprays
Maintain a preventive maintenance record system and assist in the establishment of work priorities
Supervise on mowing, trimming, digging and planting maintenance.
Obtains & keeps inventory of assigned areas maintenance equipment and supplies.
Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities.
المهارات
Knowledge of materials, tools, equipment’s, methods, and techniques used in public parks constructions and maintenance
Knowledge of plants, herbicides, fertilizers, and other chemicals used in grounds work.
Knowledge of horticulture, landscape design and agronomy
