الوصف الوظيفي
Responsible for all the factory operations including kitchens, closets, doors, vanities and other wooden furniture production, painting, assembly & packaging.

Ensures all processes outputs to meet the required specifications and delivery on time as per commitments.

Initiates effective projects to address capacity utilization and efficiency, quality pass rates, delivery on time, scheduling, continuous improvement, KPIs, and systems development.

Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.

Create and Enforce Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures.

Minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standard.

Create and Implement Machine Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures.

familiar with European wood work machines, and his background education should be related to industrial or mechanical engineering.
