General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
• Ensure documents are archived and properly located maintain confidentiality
• Maintain files of official Recorded documents; file and label documents for permanent storage in the archive.
• Administering records management programs.
• Classifying and indexing records.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Technical Diploma with a minimum of eight years experience in a Data Entry role.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Knowledge of administrative, clerical and customer service principles and practices.
• Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
