Assisting with the inspection of completed works. Perform all other duties given by direct manager
Preparing daily logs and reports. Maintain records of All submittals and testing inspections made, tests performed, work executed, etc
Performing all work in accordance with the Contract Administration Procedures Manual
Provide reports on the progress of the architectural aspects of the project
Monitor the project related protocol set up for Inspection of works by the inspection teams
المهارات
BS degree in Civil Engineering OR Two (2) years industrial/technical College Diploma
Eight (8) years’ experience with a minimum of five years in inspection field
Shall have a demonstrated background and thorough knowledge of codes and standards such as American Concrete Institute (ACI), Uniform Building Code (UBC), Saudi Aramco Building Code (SAES-M-100), and other International Codes and Standards as applicable to the work. He shall demonstrate thorough knowledge and proven ability in inspection requirements and documentation with emphasis on concrete foundations, retaining walls, structural steel, building interiors, and roof system.
Holds internationally recognized certifications in the disciplines for which he is qualified, such as Certificate of Employment dedicated to Civil Scope of Work outside and in-Kingdom, or Saudi Aramco-based projects
