الوصف الوظيفي IT excellence role in nonoperational, it covers the strategic, innovation, risk, compliance, governance, and controls related to the IT organization. The following are the responsibilities and processes owned by the IT excellence manager. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage IT customer relationships o Understand IT customer needs o Identify IT customer transformation needs o Plan and communicate IT services o Provide IT transformation guidance o Develop and manage IT service levels o Manage IT customer relationships o Analyze service performance • Develop and manage IT business strategy o Define business technology and governance strategy o Manage IT portfolio strategy o Define and maintain enterprise architecture o Define IT service management strategy o Control IT management system o Manage IT value portfolio o Define and manage technology innovation • Develop and manage IT resilience and risk o Develop IT compliance, risk, and security strategy o Develop IT resilience strategy o Control IT risk, compliance, and security o Plan and manage IT continuity o Develop and manage IT security, privacy, and data protection o Conduct and analyze IT compliance assessments o Develop and execute IT resilience and continuity operations o Manage IT user identity and authorization (To be reviewed) • Manage information o Define business information and analytics strategy o Define and maintain business information architecture o Define and execute business information lifecycle planning and control o Manage business information content • Develop and manage services/solutions o Develop service/solution and integration strategy o Manage service/solution lifecycle planning o Develop and manage service/solution architecture • Deploy services/solutions o Develop and manage service/solution deployment strategy • Create and manage support services/solutions o Define and establish service delivery strategy o Define and develop service support strategy • Project Management o Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects o Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget o Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility o Ensure resource availability and allocation o Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress o Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques o Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques o Report and escalate to management as needed o Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders o Perform risk management to minimize project risks o Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation o Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project o Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels o Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals o Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis o Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members o Use and continually develop leadership skills o Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency o Perform other related duties as assigned o Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs المهارات • Developing and Tracking Budgets • Coaching • Supervision • Staffing • Project Management • Management • Process Improvement • Planning • Performance Management • Inventory Control • Verbal Communication Qualifications: • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of coursework and experience. • Experience working in a few of the following SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, PP). • Implementation in S/4 Project will be added advantage. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Good problem-solving skills and execution for results. • Excellent Leadership skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/it-excellence-manager-4387771/ |
