Serves professionally with honesty, dedication and motivation towards the mission and vision of the SFHP-D.
Adheres to hospital policies on teamwork spirit, dress code.
Complies with the hospital and departmental policies on quality, safety and infection control regulations and practices.
Understands and adheres to policies and procedures related to CBAHI, CAP, AABB, and JCI.
Responsible for the quality assurance and quality control of their assigned division.
Taking care of inventories and requisitions medical laboratory supplies; keeps stocks up to date in work area.
Ensures compliance with safety standards and in particular Fire and Disaster plan, Laboratory Health and Safety standards, hazardous materials, manuals and documentations.

Supervises the day to day delivery of service of his division
Assists the Head of Laboratory in regards with the preparation of manpower and other plans.
Assists the unit head in staff evaluation and competency.
Participates and ensures staff involvement in continuing medical education.
Assists the Consultant /or Head of Laboratory in preparing unit reports and statistics.
Reviews and sign quality control and maintenance records and informs division head regarding status on daily basis and submits required letters to take action in case of any deficiency or emergency.
المهارات
Knowledge skill in advance lab instruments and techniques.
Good verbal and written communication skills; Ability to speak and write clearly and concisely in both Arabic and English.
Experience in computer operations (Microsoft Word and Excel) and knowledge of laboratory information system and data processing.
Teamwork skills.
