الوصف الوظيفي
· Recording the actual chemical consumption at end of every shift.

· Assist in roll turn up and continuous runnability

· Calibrate the chemical pump to maintain the machine stability / stable flow of chemical as instructed by machine tender.

· Write the required report and centerline parameters and checklist report for the assigned area. · Monitoring sheet for defects, such as dirt, slime spots, holes, wrinkles, sheet profile and marks defective portions for Jumbo roll

· Assist Machine Tender for machine performance, runnability & required overall equipment efficiency. · Assist Machine Tender in trouble shooting the machines whenever needed.

· Operate crane & make necessary arrangement of spool & jumbo roll.

· Responsible for good housekeeping in the work place (Hood, Wire, felt ,chemical skid, etc. ), follow & involve in the lean manufacturing, 5S activities in assigned area.

· Clear marking on defective part, joint, edge break in jumbo roll, writing the batch number and characteristics over each jumbo roll.

· Execute activities related to his function in safe and environmental friendly methods.

المهارات
· High School degree with 5 - 7 years of experience in the same field.

· Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Diploma with 1-3 Years of experience in the same field.

· English Languages skills

· Basic Troubleshooting

· Interpersonal Skills
