Representing IT services (customer-oriented)
Maintaining and improving “Service Desk” as single point of contact.
Managing the support team (locally and remotely) and controlling the daily activities.
Provide Direct Customer Support - during the peak time, team shortage.
Review and resolve all Escalations.
Manages inventories and stock, Loss prevention and Cost reduction.
Communication management: Announcement, awareness, interruption, and other notifications from IT to customers.
Computing services.
Managed Print Services.
Maintain the SLA
Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices
reports about team performance, services, and deadlines.
Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office.

Leadership – team coordination, organization and team build.
Communication skills – this role relies heavily on both written and verbal communication when interacting with customers and directing team members.
Performance evaluation – customer service team leads should also have some experience with employee evaluations to successfully manage their team’s growth and performance
Conflict resolution – customer service team leads must quickly and effectively resolve customer issues, particularly when a customer is unhappy with the IT product or service.
Problem-solving skills – this role also requires significant problem-solving skills, as a customer service team lead needs to assess the situation when a customer calls or emails and rapidly arrive at a resolution.
