To achieve sales budgeted for the area of responsibility.
To manage Accounts Receivables for the accounts based on the credit terms.
To manage and implement the sales management tips through being a CRM user to update progress in business.
To present the company in a highly professional manner.
To Visit potential customers and present brand/product samples and catalogues while delivering the highest levels of customer service.
To strengthen the business relationship with existing customers, and penetrate new markets.
To manage and support the existing Gerflor distributors in the area.
To appoint new distributors in the area based on business development opportunities and in agreement with the sales strategy defined with the direct manager.
To study the market environment and potentials (competition, potential, key players, etc.)
To promote and achieve specification of Gerflor Commercial products by calling on Specifiers such as Architects, Interior Designers, Health Authorities, Local Authorities, Builders, Quantity Surveyors, or any person or company that may be involved in the specification of a floor finish.
To adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type requirement of the customer.
To follow the key performance indicator standard in Gerflor like number of meetings per week (16-20).
To send weekly/monthly reports to the direct manager.
To organize “lunch and learn” sessions with specifiers.
To participate actively in trade shows where Gerflor/ our distributor exhibits as well as in road shows.
To implement Gerflor’s management and reporting tools and practices defined with the direct manager.
To resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
To identify customer needs and advise customers on suitable product specifications / key features.
