We are looking for a talented, motivated, and high-performing Retail Area Sales Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia

What the best fit looks like

The ideal candidate will possess strong retail sales, interpersonal, and leadership skills and should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to utilize resources in order to meet the assigned goals for this role.

Responsibilities

•To achieve the agreed volume, revenue, market share, and profit objectives through the effective utilization of resources within the designated district.
•Performing sales forecast by tracking and analyzing metrics and set performance goals accordingly.
•Take actions to improve people’s performance, efficiency, and development.
•Management and growth of customer relationships.
•Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•Retail sales experience and knowledge within the FMCG industry.
•Driven by results and motivated to grow the commercial success of the designated area.
•4-5 years of retail sales experience at the managerial level.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
•Leading by example and demonstrate leadership and the ability to empower people.
•Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications [Excel, Word, and PowerPoint]
