Contract Analyst

الوصف الوظيفي
1-Developing and Administering of long-term contracts, manpower contracts, maintenance contracts, janitorial services contracts, construction contracts, consultant contracts

2-Reviewing and analysis of all aspects of contracts such as clauses, stipulations, obligations and liabilities to ensure protection of institutes’ interest

3-Coordinate with institutes’ Legal Advisor, and Contract Coordinator

4-Translating of contracts as per the management order/requirement

5-Advice and interpret contracts requirements, obligations and risks

6-Conduct investigation of legal issues, concerns and disputes

7-Review suppliers’ terms and conditions and provide recommendation

المهارات
Bachelor Degree Holder.
Must have at least 5 years related experience.
