Store Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
- Oversee the overall operational activities through supervising and coordinating tasks of food preparation, kitchen, and Costumer Area.

-oversea staffing requirement and coordinate hiring needs.

- Ensure full compliance to food safety, personal hygiene, food quality and train staff accordingly.

- Achieve sales target while improve customer experience. Train and encourage store staff to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.

- Organizing the inventory, storage, and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies to ensure accurate database all the time.

- Plan and order food and supplies purchases to meet planned production need

- Plan produtcion according to demand to lower food waste. - Ensure food preperation manual is up to date with accurate ingredient portions for products and conduct audits on Kitchen Staff to ensure complinace all the time

- Prepare staff work schedule and optimize manpower requirement.

- Train new workers on all establishment policies and manuals.

- Complete delegated tasks in overall store operation.
