The Organization:
Our client is a rehabilitation and long-term care provider, with facilities in UAE and now their first clinic in Saudi Arabia. They provide multidisciplinary and intensive rehabilitation for individuals suffering from neurological problems in subacute, post-acute and long-term care settings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Our client is hiring licensed Nursing Supervisor, responsible for professional nursing and all other staff under her department and provides strong leadership across these professions, encouraging innovation, creativity and strategic thinking about service provision. This position will perform in accordance with overall hospital policies, accepted professional and medical ethics standards.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate nurse schedule;
Assign patients to nurses;
Ensure adherence to all relevant nursing standards;
Maintain quality assurance of nursing documentation and client records;
Create reports for senior management;
Ensure compliance with nursing policies and procedures;
Educate and train new nurses;
Evaluate nurses’ engagement and performance;
Inform patients’ family members about medical procedures and doctors’ instructions;
Provide psychological and emotional support to patients and their family and friends;
Provide clinical expertise in the management of medical and psychiatric emergencies;

In-depth knowledge of hospital procedures;

Education & Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science in Nursing;
Minimum of 10 years of Nursing experience;
Minimum 2 years’ experience as Nursing Supervisor or In Charge;
Currently located in Saudi with valid license and transferable Iqama (if not a Saudi national)
